Patsi Krakoff, Psy. D., CBC, is a former psychologist, writer and publisher of newsletters and ezines for executive and life coaches. She is author of two ebooks, Secrets of Successful Ezines, and How to Do an Ezine.  She founded Coaching Matters in 1998, and Customized Newsletter  Services in 2002 with the mission of providing quality articles, ezine formatting and complete newsletter and ezine services for coaches, consultants, trainers, speakers and professional in personal development fields. She has written many articles on business and personal growth.

Patsi has two web sites, www.customizednewsletters.com, and www.coachezines.com. The latter is an interactive blog about writing, formatting and distributing quality ezines that get results.

She teaches about ezines and blogs through www.teledevelop.com and provides coaching and editing services for professionals.

Patsi is a graduate of B-Coach Training Systems and has completed many of their advanced level courses. Patsi also taught coaching to psychologists and doctors through Therapist Coach Institute based on the B-Coach model.
