TeleDevelop Terms of Agreement

1. The Process

The instructor form can be accessed and completed online. Within 5 business days of submitting your class, it will be posted on the TeleDevelop web site. The classes will be listed in the weekly newsletter that goes out to our opt-in mailing list.

As part of listing your class in the TeleDevelop network you will be offered the following services:

Access to the TeleDevelop Class Management System, which includes:

Marketing and promotion to the TeleDevelop network
Free weekly listing in newsletter,
Listing on TeleDevelop web site,
Free Listing on Leadership University Calendar
Class administration: accept credit cards via TeleDevelop; automated registration* confirmation and reminders
Participant class list provided prior to class
Bridge line if required
Affiliate program

*Payments received are processed through our system and mailed for teleclasses within 45 days from date of delivery of the class. Please note this for your records. Due to holding the funds for a required period of time to limit the risk of charge-backs, this policy can’t be negotiated.

In exchange for access to the TeleDevelop network and the free listing, a fee of 33% of all gross sales is charged; the instructor agrees to provide the class free of charge to participants enrolled in our private Leadership University. At least 1/3 of your class must be made available for LeadU participants. This benefit provides you with a group of highly talented individuals to help fill your classes, improve class dynamics to ensure benefit to all. As a result instructors are able to offer more fee based classes that otherwise might have to be offered free. A $20 US minimum is charged as initial deposit and it will be applied to the 17% CMS fee upon payment.

We guarantee you one (1) feature listing during the year in this package, to be set at our discretion and the longer lead time we have, the greater the chance your teleclass can be featured during a prime time for public enrollment.

If the instructor does not wish to be part of the TeleDevelop Class Management System they can list their classes in the weekly newsletter and the TeleDevelop website. Instructors who agree to provide free classes to our private university on a first come, first serve basis get a free listing in Lead U and the Lead U calendar. The fee schedule for TeleDevelop is based on the number of weeks listed and is as follows:

One Week: $35 USD

Two Weeks: $49 USD

Three Weeks: $69 USD

Four Weeks: $79 USD

Feature Listing at top of TeleDevelop NEWS: (this is not included in the TeleDevelop Class Management System). There are 3 Feature Listings available for each issue of TeleDevelop NEWS- 250 words each.

First feature listing: $150 per issue

Second feature listing: $125 per issue

Third feature listing: $100 per issue

2. Services:

All classes are subject to approval from TeleDevelop and the terms, disclaimers, and privacy issues subscribed to by users listed on the site. Anyone identified as spamming and found to be in violation of the CanSpam Act of 2004 will immediately see all monies paid escrowed into a legal fund and be discharged from the system. Monies retained in the fund will be released 1 year from the date of first escrow, or at the discretion of Teledevelop.com.

Classes can be taught in any area. Some examples of these include:

Business/Entrepreneurs

Computers

Family

Financial/wealth

Sales

Personal Development

Spirituality

Health

History

Communication (written and verbal)

Internet

You may list a class that runs up to 10 weeks. Each class will run at least 55 minutes long, leaving time for a five-minute introduction from TeleDevelop staff.

Classes that cannot be listed include:

Multilevel marketing. We do not list MLM or network marketing classes.

Any class that intrudes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes material that is taught on someone else’s program or book if the majority of the material is taken from there. This can be done with written permission from the author. TeleDevelop will need to receive a copy of this authorization.

All classes submitted are subject to approval from TeleDevelop. There is no guarantee that classes proposed will be listed. If you would like to get an idea if your class qualifies and would like pre-approval, e-mail us with title and brief description.

3. Instructor Qualifications

Each instructor will be required to earn instruction points in order to continue to list through TeleDevelop. The TeleDevelop staff reserves the right to sit in, monitor or record any of the classes for quality control purposes. These classes may be monitored and recorded for quality purposes, but will not be used without permission of the instructor.

Participants will need to complete evaluation forms found at the TeleDevelop site on the completion of the class. To list classes at TeleDevelop, instructors must receive a satisfactory rating of at least 3.0 on all classes taught.

4. Marketing

Marketing outside of the TeleDevelop network is the responsibility of the instructor. Classes are successful when they are marketed in a variety of networks and sources.

(Before listing a class, we strongly recommend you view the list of current classes to make sure your class is not a duplicate and fulfills a void.) There must be a minimum of three people registered to run the class.

For maximum effectiveness we suggest the following:

List your class in the TeleDevelop network 6-24 weeks before the start of your class.
Only teach what you have experience with. Don’t mislead; strive to under promise, over deliver.
Clearly spell out what the participants will gain as a result of your class.
Provide a short testimonial in the longer course description

Audio Release:

Your teleclass may be recorded by TeleDevelop.com for quality purposes and/or to use for TeleDevelop.com's marketing and promotional purposes. If your class is recorded, the recording may be sold by TeleDevelop.com unless you specify that it is not to be sold. If you give us permission to record it, we will make it available to those persons in the class as well as those people who have purchased the leadership development system at www.leadu.com.

By submitting this form, you irrevocably authorize B\Coach Systems, LLC, Leadership University, TeleDevelop.com, or it’s designates, to use sound recordings of your classes and authorize B\Coach Systems, LLC and assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without your name, company name, or with a fictitious name) sound recordings herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites) for any lawful uses as may be determined by B\Coach Systems, LLC.

You further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the sounds recorded, any written copy or finished product. You are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. If your class and/or interview is recorded by B\Coach Systems, Leadership University or TeleDevelop.com, you will receive a copy of the recording to do with as you wish. Any recordings made of classes and interviews may be provided to registered participants.

Description of sound recordings:

Any recordings made as a result of your attendance, participation, or instruction during B\Coach Systems, LLC programs, TeleDevelop or Leadership University teleconference calls, coaching calls, network calls, teleclasses, or any other meeting, call or exchange occurring during my association with the above-mentioned organizations.

Cancellation Policy:

Except in circumstances beyond your control, the teleclass leader is expected to render the services that were committed to. If an emergency does arise it is your responsibility to notify the students enrolled in the course and TeleDevelop staff at least 48 hours prior to the start time. The full amount of monies paid for the class will be refunded to the students; therefore we will bill the instructor's credit card for 5% of the total amount returned to account for those costs.

Relationship of Parties:

As an instructor for TeleDevelop you are not considered in any way an employee. Your role is one of independent contractor, which makes you responsible for all direct costs such as class materials, telephone fees and any other necessary tools or equipment. As an independent contractor you are responsible for the services you are providing and will receive no supervision from TeleDevelop.
